LOGLINE: In 1935, eccentric Uruguayan writer Horacio Quiroga, suffering from crippling writer’s block, lives a quiet life in the Argentine Misiones jungle. His mundane existence falls apart when haunting visions from his own Gothic fairy tales come to life, forcing him to enter and endure these nightmarish worlds to write again. Guided by the ghost of his mentor, Edgar Allan Poe, Quiroga races to unlock the secrets of these visions before losing his sanity.
